The AXTON ATS-HY160C is a precisely fitting 2-way plug-and-play component system from the SPECIFIC series for the popular Hyundai i30 PD. SPECIFIC not only means a precisely fitting design and connectors, but also vehicle-optimized acoustics. Replacing the original factory system with the ATS-HY160C is child’s play. The components fit perfectly into the respective speaker mounts and are simply connected to the original connectors.

The Woofer

The 16.5 cm woofer is equipped with the proven CRYSTAX cone from AXTON. The naturally warm-sounding paper cone is given greater rigidity by an additional coating of quartz crystals, resulting in more impulsive bass reproduction and a more responsive response. As a result, the woofer sounds very powerful yet accurate, clearly highlighting instruments and voices, which is particularly valuable when listening to lively music.
