Grinderman, the side-project of Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, received a rapturous reception for their self-titleddebut in 2007. The quartet released their second and final album, Grinderman 2, in September 2010. Recorded in2009 and co-produced by Grinderman and Nick Launay, the album features the singles Heathen Child and WormTamer. Exploring more psychedelic territory than its predecessor, Grinderman 2 is a looser and more experimentalrecord. With their raw bluesy-garage rock infusing with these diverse influences, this is a hallucinatory and sonicallysound album. In December 2011, Cave announced the band’s breakup at a music festival in Australia. Grinderman2 is available on black eco-vinyl with a 16-page booklet complete with lyrics and illustrations by Ilinca Hopfner.

Track List:

1.Mickey Mouse and the Goodbye Man, 2.Worm Tamer, 3.Heathen Child, 4.When My Baby Comes

1.What I Know 2.Evil, 3.Kitchenette, 4.Palaces of Montezuma, 5.Bellringer Blues
