We are marking 50-years since a 22 year old Michael Gregory Jackson recorded his groundbreaking first release, recorded with the mind blowing group of his contemporaries Oliver Lake, David Murray and Leo Smith. It’s a rare document of NYC loft jazz, a perfect balance between multiple genres. Recorded in 1976, this is it’s first authorized reissue on LP.
